Experience

Gregg Greenfield, a partner in our business section, has extensive experience in the areas of real estate, environmental law and closely held businesses. Representative transactions include:

• Represented the City of Sioux Falls in connection with the $535 million Lewis & Clark water pipeline project and Water Delivery Agreements with Lincoln County Rural Water System and Lewis & Clark as well as the design and implementation of impact fees.
• Has formed and represented over 150 closely held businesses and advised such businesses with succession planning and other owner matters.
• Represented various owners in connection with the redevelopment of downtown property.
• Represented the developers of numerous residential developments including Garden Village, Willowbrook, Summer Creek, Prairie Green, Baseline Heights and Prairie Hills South.
• Represented General Contractors and Subcontractors on numerous multi-million dollar construction projects.

Gregg also has experience in legislative and legal issues relating to water development and brownfield properties.
