Paul W. Tschetter joined the firm in 2007. Paul is a member of both the firm's Litigation Section and Business Section, and represents clients in a variety of areas, including:

  • Formation of entities, including assisting clients with choice of entity issues;
  • Succession planning for closely held companies;
  • Sales of businesses, including asset sales and stock purchase transactions;
  • Real estate purchase and sale transactions;
  • General preparation and reviews of contracts in a variety of industries; and
  • Preparation and review of construction contracts.
