Experience

Jason joined the firm in 2007 after a two-year clerkship with Chief Judge Karen E. Schreier of the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota.

Since joining the firm, Jason's practice has involved several complex commercial cases, complex divorce cases, and several defense cases regarding legal malpractice. Jason has tried cases to both a jury and the court including a nine-day court trial. Jason has been involved in extensive discovery and motions practice in both federal and state court in South Dakota, including personally taking or defending over 30 depositions.
